If you attempt to order from us under false pretenses, you may be subject to local and federal criminal punishment.

Be sure the products you are ordering are legal in your state prior to ordering them. If you have ordered products that are illegal to possess in your state or if your state requires further identification documents; such as a photo copy of your drivers license, Boses Guns will contact you immediately to resolve the matter.

All shipments containing ammunition will be shipped Adult Signature Required with an additional charge
unless we have a readable copy of your drivers license on file, and you specifically request that the sticker not be used. We will keep your information on file for future orders.

-MASSACHUSETTS CUSTOMERS: No sales of ammunition or magazines. No high capacity magazine sales to anyone or dealer in MA.

Please check your state and local laws before ordering. We cannot ship Powder, Primers, Ammo, Hazardous Materials ORM-D or Aerosol products by Air, Postal Service, or outside the United States. These items must be shipped UPS Ground Only.

Single piece cleaning rods are generally shipped separately from the rest of the order, therefore the shipping is adjusted to compensate for more than one package.

We can only calculate the shipping after we know the content of your order. Shipping costs may change. If you need to know the exact shipping cost for your order, please e-mail, fax or call us with your order, we will be glad to calculate all costs.

Bosesguns is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by misusing products we carry. As the consumer it is your responsibility to read and follow the manufacturer’s instructions on the packaging or product. Bose's Guns specifically disclaims any warranties with respect to any and all products sold or distributed by it, the safety or suitability thereof, or the results obtained, whether express or implied, including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and/or any other warranty. Buyers and users assume all risk, responsibility and liability whatsoever for any and all injuries (including death), losses, or damages to persons or property (including consequential damages), arising from the use of any product or data, whether or not occasioned by seller's negligence or based on strict product liability or principles of indemnity or contribution. Bose's Guns neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any liability in connection with the use of any product or data.
The individual assumes the risk of safe loading practices. Failure to do so or violation of any of the above warnings could result in severe personal injury (including death) or gun damage to the user or bystanders.

General Safety
We can only accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that include all the original packaging and an invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used merchandise or returns that are incomplete because we are a new product retailer only. Our refund schedule below starts on the day the customer receives his or her merchandise: Within 20 days a 20% re-stocking fee for items that are returned (less shipping charges).

The following firearm-related activities may expose you and others in the area to substances known to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm:

• Firearms cleaning
• Firearms discharging
• Bullet casting activities
• Ammunition handling and reloading
• Gunsmithing activities
• Hand and power-tool use
• Discharging firearms in poorly ventilated areas, cleaning firearms or handling ammunition may result in exposure to lead and other substances known to the State of California to cause birth defects, reproductive harm and other serious physical injury. Have adequate ventilation at all times. Wash hands thoroughly after exposure.

Melting lead and casting lead objects will expose you and others in the area to lead, which is known to cause birth defects, other reproductive harm and cancer.

Lead contamination in the air, in the dust, and on your skin is invisible. Keep children and pregnant women away during use and until cleanup is complete. Risk can be reduced-but not eliminated-with strong ventilation; washing hands immediately after use of these products before eating or smoking; and careful cleaning of surfaces and floors with disposable wipes, after lead dust has had a chance to settle. Use a lead-specific cleaner with EDTA, or a high-phosphate detergent (like most detergents sold for electric dishwashers) and bag wipes for disposal.

Firearm-related activities may produce harmful buildups and dusts on work surfaces, work equipment and the hands. If left unchecked, these buildups can be harmful to yourself and others in the area.

The following actions can be taken to reduce the exposure to yourself and others in the area:

1. Keep children and pregnant women clear of the area
2. Always wash hands after completing firearm-related activities
3. Never eat, drink, smoke or apply cosmetics during firearm-related activities
4. Remove and launder clothing after completing firearm-related activities
5. Keep tabletops and equipment clean and clear of dusts and buildup
6. Provide ventilation, as airborne dusts and vapors can be harmful
7. Clean the area utilizing a vacuum cleaner equipped with a HEPA filter

Shipping Information

1. We try to ship orders out within 3 to 5 days of receiving the order, and most orders are shipped out within 3 to 7 days of receiving the order. On rare occasions, some items are in high demand and may be considered out of stock or on backorder. We will be shipping these items as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer.

2. Any product that is ORMD that the customer has not selected UPS ground as the shipping method will be changed and shipping charges changed.

3. Any ammunition that we do not have a copy of a drivers license from the customer will be shipped with adult signature and charges will be  applied .

4. ORMD Products can only be shipped by UPS ground. Please select this shipping option when you checkout
   

5. Prices are subject to change without notice.
   
   
6. All backorders are canceled after 6 months.
   

IMPORTANT! Due to Federal Shipping Regulations Products with these symbols MUST be shipped Ground UPS. If you have selected a different shipping method, we will change the shipping method to UPS Ground. We will adjust your total invoice to reflect any additional shipping costs.

Credit Card Information

1. Your credit card will be charged within 72 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).

2. Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

3. Cancellation or returns of orders will be be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return Information

1. If an item was sent to you in error by Bose' Guns we will reimburse you for return shipping. If Bose' Guns sent the correct item but you find out it's not what you need, return shipping is your responsibility.

2. All credit must be applied to the same credit card that it was originally charged on.

3. We do not hold credit on return merchandise. You will be issued a refund check or credit will be applied to the credit card which was originally billed.

4. If for any reason you're not satisfied with a product we've sold you, we'll give you a full refund less a 20% restocking fee; just send it back with  a copy of the invoice, and a brief note explaining why you are returning it.  If you're returning it because you don't want it or don't need it, you'll be responsible for the shipping costs. There is a 20% restocking fees.

5. No COD returns will be accepted.

6. All returns will be inspected by our Return and Exchange person to determine the correct disposition.

7. The customer is responsible for return freight, COD charges, credit card fees and up to 5% for repackaging.

8. Returns of non-defective merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

9. Return freight must be prepaid and the items must be insured for the customer’s protection.

10. After 30 days, all returns should be made to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Software, gunpowder, primers, percussion caps, loaded ammo and liquids cannot be returned.

11. Returns should be made within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized by Bose's Guns. Call 1-888-695-2673 for return authorizations. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Ship all authorized returns to:
