Will my credit card be charged as soon as I click on the "Next Step" button on the payment screen?
No, you will have a chance to review your order before making your purchase final. The “Check Out” button will submit your order after your review.

Why do I receive an Error message when I click on the "Submit Order" in the shopping cart?
Most of the time the error is that there was no shipping address given. The way to fix this is to log into your account on the home page and under the "Personal Information" click on the "Manage your shipping addresses" and if your shipping address is not listed enter it here.

Why was my shipping changed?
Some of our products are deemed “ORMD”. IN accordance with Federal Regulations, any supplier shipping a product that is considered “ORMD” MUST ship the item UPS Ground. These products can not be shipped USPS or UPS Air. Be sure to look for the ORMD symbol next to the product before placing your order. Please select the UPS Ground as a shipping method for any product marked as ORMD. If you select a different shipping method, we will adjust your method and your account will be billed for any additional shipping charges.

When will my order be shipped?
We try to ship orders out within 3 to 5 days of receiving the order, and most orders are shipped out within 3 to 7 days of receiving the order. On rare occasions, some items are in high demand and may be considered out of stock or on backorder. We will be shipping these items as soon as we receive them from the manufacturer.

Are there extra shipping charges on oversized items?

Yes, if actual charges are greater than the estimated charges we will add in the difference. Please call or email for a detailed cost of shipping. When will my order be shipped?

Will my delivery instructions be followed?
We print your instructions on the shipping label for the delivery person. It is generally up to the delivery person to ensure they are followed. If you have had a package delivered with disregard to your instructions, please contact the shipping company with any complaints.

What is the return policy at www.bosesguns.com?
We can only accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that include all the original packaging and an invoice. Unfortunately, we cannot accept used merchandise or returns that are incomplete because we are a new product retailer only. Our refund schedule below starts on the day the customer places his order: Within 20 days a 20% re-stocking fee for items that are returned (less shipping charges). Ammunition cannot be returned.

We ask that you contact the manufacturer directly for any defects covered by their warranty.
If we ship you the wrong item, we will make right and cover any additional shipping expenses you incur.

*Special order returns - We are unable to restock these items and they are not returnable.
